Terms Of Service


Warranty:

Use of products sold by Tucker Off-Road is at the consumer’s own risk. Proper installation and proper use of all products must be followed for optimal safety and performance.

All products sold and produced by Tucker Off-Road are for off-road use only. 

 

Tucker Off-Road does not accept responsibility for improper use, alterations/modifications, and installation of any products purchased from us. Tucker Off-Road will not cover any costs incurred due to the use, installation or removal of products, towing costs, freight costs, heavy machinery, rental vehicles, incidental or associated costs.

Tucker Off-Road's fabricated parts carry a LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY and we guarantee them against manufacturing defects. Warranty is valid through the original purchaser only.  Tucker Off-Road products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty does not include the powder coated finish. This warranty does not apply to wear items or components. No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, cosmetic rust, UV damage, overload, negligence, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, products used for racing or competition, or modification or if used other than the manner it was designed or intended. Tucker Off-Road makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Products will only be warranted within 30 days of original purchase date and must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt.

Tucker Off-Road is not responsible nor do we accept liability for breakage or failure of parts as a result of the following conditions:

  • Wearable Items

Items expected to degrade per their function and replaced as part of  regular maintenance. Examples: bearings, ball joints, bushings, etc.

  • Non-Fabrication Components

Axles: Tucker Off-Road lift kits and suspensions may include, or optionally be upgraded to include, Cobra ATV Axles or Gorilla Axles. Please refer to these items individual Manufacturer Warranties for coverage. Additional Information

Abnormal Use: 

Lift Kits: Our lifts are engineered for abuse in deep mud and water.  They are not built for high speed runs, long distance runs, jumping, or hard cornering.  Operating Tucker Off-Road suspension systems outside of their design intentions may result in damage to the vehicle or injure passengers. High speeds may also void the warranty of your CVs. Please research proper driving styles with big lifts before purchasing.

 

Returns:

Products can only be returned within 30 days of receipt.  Items must be in new condition and never installed. All items will be returned for their full purchase value less 6% credit card transaction fees and shipping costs. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Items must be in new condition, never installed, and un-damaged. If not, items may be returned at Tucker Off-Road's discretion, but the value of costs to return the item to new conditions will be deducted from the return value. Costs may include powder coating, re-fabrication or repair, replacement of missing hardware, etc.

 

Order Policy:

All orders placed with Tucker Off-Road are required to be paid in full if the product is in stock. All orders placed through shoptuckeroffroad.com require full payment.

Change Orders: Customers have a 24 hour window to make changes to their order. No changes can be made to an order after 24 hours without approval from a Tucker representative. 

Order Cancellation: If fabrication has started or been completed, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.  

Tucker Off-Road is not responsible for delays in transit times.
